Founder

Kalpesh is the founder and managing director of Tribeca Developers. A first-generation entrepreneur, he founded Tribeca in 2012 with a clear goal — to raise the standard of Indian housing to match the best in the world. Inspired by his time living in New York’s Tribeca neighbourhood, known for its iconic buildings, he built the company around the idea of creating “trophy properties”: landmark developments defined by design, quality, and long-term value.

Over the past decade, Kalpesh has steered Tribeca into becoming the largest developer of Trump-branded properties outside the United States and a trusted partner for global real estate brands. He has also broadened Tribeca’s footprint across multiple verticals such as residential, retail, managed living, and plotted developments, building the company into a diversified, pan-India developer while maintaining its core design-first philosophy.

Before founding Tribeca, Kalpesh worked in real estate private equity with The Carlyle Group in New York and Lehman Brothers in Mumbai, managing large-scale investments across global and Indian markets. This experience shaped his disciplined, financially grounded approach to development — one that balances vision with precision. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, he brings an international perspective to every project.

Based in Mumbai, Kalpesh remains deeply involved in shaping the future of Indian real estate and is often sought for his insights on the luxury housing market. Away from work, he is an avid angler and a proud father of two.

Dharam Mehta

Managing Partner – Tribeca Estates

Dharam is the Managing Partner of Tribeca Estates, Tribeca Developers’ new vertical focused on plotted developments, branded villas, and hospitality-led projects. An MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School of Finance and a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, Dharam brings over two decades of experience across real estate investment, workspace strategy, and business development.

Before joining Tribeca, he held leadership positions at WeWork India and Phoenix Workspaces, where he spearheaded growth strategies, large-scale developments, and key partnerships. He also played a pivotal role at Delta Corp, leading its expansion into new hospitality and casino assets. Known for his strategic clarity and ability to scale complex operations, Dharam now leads Tribeca’s entry into high-growth real estate segments, driving innovation and long-term value creation through Tribeca Estates.

Rajat Khandelwal

Group Chief Executive Officer

With over 19 years of experience, Rajat leads Tribeca as Group CEO, bringing deep expertise in P&L management, land acquisition, contracts, and procurement. An accomplished business leader, Rajat has previously served as President of Central Park in Delhi NCR, CEO (West India) at Ozone Group, and COO at Omkar Developers. Over his career, he has managed projects with revenues exceeding INR 7,500 crores, launched marquee developments across geographies, and built strategic joint ventures with leading names such as L&T and Godrej.

An MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode and a Mechanical Engineer from SGSITS, Indore, Rajat brings a sharp strategic vision coupled with strong operational acumen. At Tribeca, he is driving business expansion, operational excellence, and long-term value creation while steering the company through its next phase of growth.

Girish Kamble

Chief Executive Officer, West

As CEO for West India, Girish brings extensive experience in real estate across P&L management, sales, marketing, and business development. He has previously served as Deputy Regional CEO at Lodha Group, where he led two 100-acre developments with a topline of INR 1,400 crores. At Xanadu Realty, he successfully set up and scaled new operations in Bangalore, building a team of over 100 professionals.

Girish has also held leadership positions at Edelweiss, eBay India, and General Motors India, and has launched more than 35 projects across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, enabling sales of over INR 20,000 crores, including ultra-luxury developments. With an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from VNIT Nagpur, Girish now drives Tribeca’s growth and performance in West India with a sharp focus on business scale and customer value.

Simantika Mukherjee

Group Chief Human Resources Officer

With over 17 years of human resources experience across sectors including education, banking, insurance, IT, and real estate, Simantika serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Tribeca. She has led business transformation and growth strategies through HR, driving efficiency and organizational impact. Prior to Tribeca, she headed HR strategies for Tata Housing’s West region, where she successfully aligned talent frameworks with business objectives.

Simantika holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Presidency College, Kolkata. At Tribeca, she is driving the evolution of a high-trust, performance-led culture — strengthening leadership capability, scaling people systems, and building the organizational foundations required for the company’s next phase of expansion.
